Huawei sub-brand Honor launched the Honor Play 8A budget Android smart phone in china earlier this month. the handset comes with a waterdrop notch display boasting an impressive 87 percent screen-to-body ratio. According to one of our trusted sources, Honor will soon be bringing the Honor Play 8A to the Indian market.
The Honor Play 8A launch event in India is likely to take place within the next few weeks. Unfortunately, however, we cannot confirm a specific launch date at this point . Nor do we have any confirmed information regarding the handset's pricing.
In China, the Honor Play 8A is priced at CNY 799 yuan (Rs 8400/- approx.) for the 32GB storage version and 999 yuan (Rs 10500/- approx.) for the 64GB storage version. Honor had launched the 7A in India in May last year at Rs 8999/-. We expect the Honor Play 8A to be priced under the Rs 10000/- mark for the 32GB storage version.
