iOS 12.1.3 UPDATE DOESN'T FIX CONNECTIVITY BUG

Users around the world were eagerly awaiting for Apple in release the iOS 12.1.3 update for iPhone and iPad users in hopes that it would address issues related to connectivity.
Sadly, the update, which is being rolled out for a few day now, is an incremental release with only bug fixes but it fails to address one of the biggest issues flagged on previous iOS versions: connectivity.
Since the release of iOS 12.1.1, users have been reporting cases of broken cellular data and WI-FI.
While everyone isn't facing the problem, has only grown worse with every update, including the latest one.
iOS 12.1.3 promises to fix multiple bugs, including those that may have prevented you from scrolling photos in Messages. However, it skips the data-killing bug, with several users still losing 3G/4G connectivity from their devices, falling to connect to the Internet or even make calls.
So, it is recommended to refrain from updating to the latest version of iOS.
